Refunds
If there is a problem with your order please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and completely unused.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Currently we do not ship outside of Australia.
